A one off Chinese Cleaver with Hamon. Another random one off knife outside of orders. Contrary to the more well known butchers cleavers these are very thin and are ideal for a huge range of kitchen tasks. The Blade has been differentially hardened using clay during the quenching process.
Capable of chopping cooked or raw meat, veg, fish, avoid bones.
