A one off slicer in 1095/15n20 Damascus, my first knife from damascus, and it had to be a slicer. The shape and size were inspired by watching chefs in one of my favourite restaurants, they work straight from the grill slicing cooked meats and veg, but it would be just as versatile with raw produce!
